This kit includes 5 hours of support covering three specific areas of research focus for early career academics. Sessions can be delivered one-on-one (by skype or zoom) or in small group workshops with participants paired up for additional support and accountability. The kit offers the following elements, delivered independently by Professor Russo.
Research Reporting Stocktake: In depth coaching on the different levels of research reporting required of ECRs, and hands on support to develop templates to expedite future reports
Five year Research Map: A systematic stocktake of your current research mapped to available opportunities and your aspirations
 Category 3 Research Funding: A masterclass on structuring Category 3 funding opportunities, linked to your research map and building to Category 1 applications over a 5 year period.Â
All sessions can be recorded for your future reference.

Cost for individuals (delivery via skype or zoom) - $2,160 + GST
Full day workshop covering the full kit (delivery in person to 6-10 participants) from $5,040 + GST
